This 05 Freightliner has a strong CAT C7 Acert turbo diesel and is paired up with the reliable Allison automatic, it"s a great combo. Q uick and easy to start , smooth riding for a big truck, and drive s out great. The engine is strong, the automatic shifts smoothly through all gears up to highway speeds as it should. The cab, flatbed, and boom are all in great condition , has matching tires with deep tread / rubber being at least 75% + on both front and rears. Has 4 heavy duty outriggers to hold it stable and 2 sets of pads for various soil conditions. The boom functions smoothly from either the upper console or with the remote control and it"s really nice to operate this boom standing on the ground or from inside the bucket... it"s a really versatile boom truck.
The previous fleet owner maintains large groups of utility trucks and equipment here in Texas which provide transmission and distribution electric utilities, they"re stuff is maintained and serviced. Expect years of reliable service & dependability g oing forward with this one.

| “Low miles, tight, and straight, both truck and boom...drive it anywhere anytime and work. Well maintained with the normal but minimal wear, ie; bumps, scratches, dings. Runs and drives really strong, the boom functions 100% from the riding console or remote. Interior is nice and well kept, headliner has some minor sag spots and radio powers on but no sound, maybe speaker issue? Otherwise this truck is all good to go with no rust or rot! It's solid & TEXAS CLEAN !” |
