You"ll Like This Rig !
This Freightliner definitely has sharp curb appeal and shiny, but additionally it"s strong and smooth. The Cat engine and Allison automatic are a hard combo to beat these days. The drive train is clean with plenty of power, and really shifts through all the gears properly as it should . Inside is quite clean and very well kept for truck of this type, and features comfortable air ride seats, tilt wheel, cruise control, center console, good cold air conditioning. The ALTEC boom is clean and shiny also, it functions well as it"s supposed to from both the wireless remote control (very nice feature) and the main lower control panel. Plus an optional add-on bucket could be installed for even more versatility as a bucket truck if needed, and the remote would serve as your upper controls. The rubber is all great new or near new on this one, front Michelin are 90%+ and rear lugs are 100% new with only about 50 miles on them.
So overall this unit will make someone an excellent boom truck and provide years of solid performance. Plus it will hold it"s value quite well assuming it"s kept up, maintained, and serviced as it has been in the past. It"s solid, it"s clean, sharp Freightliner lines, and has a lot to offer for the price and features. Shop around and see what the big guys are asking for similar 2007 units with the Altec DM45 boom, A Whole Lot More...
