1938 fire truck international/American fire apparatus model D 30 then VIN 2931.
Truck has very low original miles. Its exterior was repainted in 1988. It was restriped a lettered in gold-leaf by Ken Sotobeck. Truck has been in many parades and is garaged out of the weather when not in use. Exterior paint is in excellent condition with very few blemishes and minor scratches there is no rust on any part of the truck. Ladders are original, to bank wouldn’t extension ladders a roof ladder with a varnish finish, both in excellent condition. Pike poll is in good conditions to section of hard sleeves suction hose are original and in very good to excellent condition.
Hose bed has original would and new varnish and is in excellent condition to booster hose reels are in excellent condition with hose and shut off nozzles present. Nozzle and equipment shown in photo go with truck.
Truck runs smoothly, and is free of smoking or rough idling, breaks have been read rebut, brake fluid is fully drain and replace, and are fully operational to stop the vehicle. The tires are new, the front windshield has been replaced, the growler has been rebuilt. Some small desk gauges do not work which was the way I bought it. Top light has decrease in the housing from having firehouse door come down on, it can be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost and we have a clear title.
The truck is 74 inches wide times 7’8” tall and 22 feet overall length the wheelbase is hundred and 53 inches.
Truck is located in San Mateo . Have invested 25k in truck. Yes okay we don"t have any cars
