1941 dodge cabover on a 1993 chevy p30 chassis. The truck is very solid overall. There are 2 rust spots that need attention. One is on the center of the back of the cab about 2" by 2. its just a 90 degree piece. I will include a patch panel for it. The other is near the driver side visor and is about 8 by 2 (see Pics). All of the glass needs to be replaced. It has a 350 carbureted motor with a 4l80e automatic transmission. The transmission will need a computer controller to run it independently, so that it will shift properly. (tci sells the whole kit for $750). The truck does run drive and stop. It has a hydraboost power brake system with front disk brakes and drum rears. Power steering is hooked up and works well. The motor runs good has good oil pressure and does not overheat, however it does smoke a little. There is a rampbed included that would be good if you were going to build this truck as a rat rod, it will take some modifications to make it fit properly, but if I were going to build it I would start from scratch and make a sleeker more modern looking bed. The wheelbase is approximately 155 and the frame extends behind the cab about 14". This is a project that has had a lot of the hard stuff done and is now ready for someone to go there on direction with it. All of the stainless trim is there and can be repaired and polished. I have the lens and extra cowl light for the one that"s missing and the drivers door regulator. Most of the cab parts should interchange with that of a 1939 - 1947 dodge truck.(visors interior trim etc.) The original seat is currently at the upholstery shop getting new foam, burlap, and vinyl. The truck was painted years ago with a brush. My dream was to make a carhauler out of it and put a cummins 12 valve diesel or ls motor in it. If it doesn"t sell ill do that this winter, but for now I have too many projects and my wife says some need to go. I have a clean Missouri title for the ceo and a clean Texas title for the 93 p30 chassis.
