1942 Chevrolet ton and a half x military fire truck G506 Model. NOT the original motor, now has a 1977 Chevrolet 292. NOT original pump, now has a bumper mounted Hale pump driven by a BS motor. All there, truck needs to be finished. Have two boxes, not mounted on truck. One is on top of the tank andone is under the bed, right behind the driver. Bought to restore, but priorities change. Want someone who appreciates it to finish it. Truck runs, drives and stops. I bought this three years ago from the fire department that owned it since the military released it (1945?) My research says this is a rare truck, due to the fact it came from the factory as a 2WD model and it was converted to 4WD by Park Circle Motor Company in Baltimore, Md.
