This 1951 Ford P3D is still on its original Ford F3 drive train. It is a 215 cu in OHV 6 cylinder engine with HD 3 speed transmission and banjo style rear axle with a 4:86 gear ratio. It has a top speed of 50 mph. It has a Ward aircraft aluminum body that is in very good condition but does have a couple small dent (seen in pics) and a split in right rear lower quarter behind rear tire ( can be welded to repair ). These places only build character. New rear brakes, master cylinder, rubber brake lines front and rear,4 new wheel cylinders, new carb kit, new 12 volt wiring harness, new led lighting all around, new 24 tires with used Oasis rims, new paint on interior ( dash and around front area), new aluminum steps and rear panel, new storage box under driver seat ( not installed ), new tinted glass , new window rubbers, new air vents on roof. Much work has been done on this Vintage truck and some still yet to do. To be complete it will need electric wiper kit installed, new horn kit installed, doors installed( they are built, not yet installed), parking brake cable hooked to rear of transmission, minor tuning. Truck runs, drives, stops and transmission and engine seems to work good. I have a clear Ky title that matches all vin plates and body tags which are all original and in place, Still has original seat covering that could be replaced. This P3D is 67 years old and is not guaranteed or warrantied in any way, or is not in any way a new vehicle. This truck is also for sale locally and auction can be canceled at any time. This was originally a Wonderbread/ Hostess cake delivery truck for Continental Bakery in Louisiana and was licensed in Mississippi. I have original delivery tickets with prices, 1973 Mississippi license plate and title.
