FOR SALE: 1957 MACK B Model Tractor, This truck is a prime candidate for a restoration project. Truck is ALL MACK from bumperto bumper. Thermodyne Mack Diesel engine, 5 x 4 Mack transmission, Mack Camelback suspension, Triple Frame, Mack 44,000 rear axles, and power steering. This tractor was purchased new in 1957 by my father for his heavy hauling business (machinery moving). This truck which I drove for several years, was an awesome workhorse, and still ran great, then she was finally retired in 1980. The truck has been in indoor storage and has not been started since she was parked in 1980. With a talented mechanic, a little tinkering, and some fresh Diesel fuel, I"m sure she would fire right up. Everything is there for someone to restore her to a beautiful show truck, which she deserves so much for all her hard years of work. A true Mack truck fan would love this truck.
