This is the shortest length step van offered by Grumman. Sometime it is called an Olsonette in their advertising. This would make a great vintage delivery truck, food truck, or advertisement for your business. The truck was previously a mobile repair truck for a gentleman that repaired boats. He would take it to the harbor, plug in the electric and use it as a shop. He had been doing that since 1988. The truck was taken off the road in 2010, and I bought the truck from the estate when he died. Since owning the truck I have rewired the engine and starter, replaced te ignition switch, replaced the coil, new battery, new master cylinder. I got the truck running and driving good enough to move around the lot. I"ve even driven it up the road a few time with it to grab food. It stops decent but I would suggest looking at the brakes before it gets on the road. I have not gotten a chance to rebuild the carburetor, or clean the gas tank either, that would be next. The truck is running on a small boat gas tank as seen in the pics. The truck is powered by a 230 6 cylinder Chevy engine with a manual 3 speed transmission. The chassis is a 1/2 ton Chevy truck or van chassis. Very easy to get parts for. With the exception of one back door glass all the glass is good, but has some fogging around edges. Doors all function as they should. Tires all hold air and roll nice but should be replaced prior to road use. With minimal work this could be back on the road serving your business. The truck is listed locally and I reserve the right to pull the ad down if it sells locally. For more info call or text 614sixThree Eight- 0eight82. I require a $1500 deposit via paypal and the remainder in cash at the time of pick-up. The truck has a 104 wheelbase and is under 15" from bumper to bumper. The track width is 70 and the body is 76 wide.
