Here is a very sweet GMC F model owned by the Army Corp of Engineers, those are original miles, the odometer has not rolled over.
The following was taken from a website titled GMC Crackerbox (F-Model) - the 6066 GMC Guy
In 1960 the GMC Aluminum Tilt-Cab truck became the F-model in 7000 to 9500 series. They could be ordered with GMC"s Gas Twin-Six V-12 engine, or Detroit Diesel 71 series Diesel Engines. Any other make of Diesel engine could be found between the frame rails too. It could also be had with a sleeper that was 75 long X 30 deep, but it was only 22 deep behind the driver. And you could also get a storage compartment below the sleeper. The DFW had tandem rear axles
NOTE: This exact truck can be see on the above site, scroll to the bottom and you"ll see it!
LEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO RUST ON THIS CABOVER, OTHER THAN SURFACE RUST. THE FRONT BUMPER IN THE PICTURE, MAY LOOK AS IF IT IS RUSTY, IT IS ONLY SURFACE RUST, WHERE THE PAINT WAS SCRAPED OFF. THE METAL IS SOLID! THIS IS A NEW MEXICO TRUCK, WE DON"T KNOW WHAT RUST IS HERE. THE CAB IS MADE FROM ALUMINUM WHICH DOES NOT RUST.
THE FLOOR IS SOLID AND IN GREAT CONDITION, LIKE THE REST OF THE TRUCK.
PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES AS THEY REPRESENT THE VEHICLE VERY WELL.
Comes with a clean clear bonded title
This truck is being sold in as-is condition.
