This truck belongs to a friend of mine, the Master Fabricator Bud R (He can weld anything except a broken heart). He"s bored with it and on to his next project already. He started with a really clean 44K original mile Camper Special. Very little rust, just the bottom of the driver door and rocker. Doors open and close like new, interior is mint (Factory bucket seats). The Chevy 350 has been converted to an HEI Distributor and since he"s a racer a Holley 4412 2 barrel ended up being easier than a carb rebuild.The Monte Carlo on there is 116 wheelbase if I remember correctly to give you an idea. Has the original split rims on it but he has a newer set of wheels/tires he can include as well (It does have a built on tire rack afterall.) He extended the frame, which moved the rear end back so he had a brand new driveshaft made for it. 26 Gallon custom fuel tank with electric fuel pump. Needs brake work (read that as bring a trailer) and the rear lights wired. That"s about all I know, the answer to questions like will it drive 600 miles home if I bring a quart of brake fluid and a master cylinder can be found at 608 698-7639.
