1970 USAF P8 B52 crash truck. Based on a Ford C700 chassis/cab, this unit spent its life at Loring AFB in Limestone, ME. We purchased for a project that needed a fire truck, rebuilt the carb and brakes, and used it a few times in the last 3 years. Runs strong, and has a MASSIVE 4X4 system mated to an automatic transmission.Fire pump does not work, but it"s a Heil and parts are available. Only ~4200 miles, always garaged. Body is solid, and there is only one rusty area near the inlet side of the pump.Roughly 500" of flat fire hose and numerous fire tools included. Also, technical manual and paperwork that shows provenance in case you"re a collector.Glass is intact and in good condition.
