1971 International 4070A Transtar Road Tractor. Cummings Engine, 13 Speed Tandem. It was refurbished at the diesel shop at the local community college. Excellent running condition. It also has a D8 Caterpillar Power Unit mounted (non-running). Excellent tires. Will consider selling units separate.
