1973 chevrolet wrecker fully functional
Features -top rack for over head loading. Top rack is also equipped with a winch thats controlled by hand held joy stick. Top rack and winch are fully functional. Truck has a wooden rollback bed that will need to have a some wooden slats replaced. The bed is full functional moves up/down & back/forth. The bed is hydraulic and does have a line that leaks when it in use. The bed also has it own winch thats Control at the rear with the other leavers that operates the bed. The hydraulic system is run off a PTO that is in gauged in side the cab. There is no problems with it. The truck has a wheel lift that moves back and forth with a control in the rear control panel that operates the bed and winch. The wheel lift moves up and down by using the bed tilt feature. The wheel lift works as it should. I bought the truck in Michigan where it lived since the owner bought it new. So yea the truck has rust issues. mainly the cab corners and so forth. all the important stuff like cab mounts and bed mounts, crossmember and so forth are still good. The truck has a V8 gasoline motor with manual trans. The trans shifter in the does have a selector on it, not sure what is all about. I bought the truck in Michigan and drove it to pa where i keep it for some work i had to do there after the work was done i drove it to baltimore md. I had no problems with it at all. I wouldn"t recommend it be a over the road unit. it will do fine around town. I do have video of the truck if you like to see it just ask. I also have a couple extra tires to go with it. the tires on the truck will need some attention soon,. As it is I"m selling it a fully functional unit. this truck does run and drive also the truck is fully functional….
