1974 Otis (yes, as in the Otis Elevator Co.) electric delivery van that was used by the postal service in the 1970’s. No batteries are present. Has a gas fired heater, so you will need fuel during the winter. Obviously, it does not run. One tire goes flat in a couple of hours.
