Located in Mississippi, this truck was owned by a government agency (port authority) in FL just 2-states over from our location! It was used by the authority as a standby fire department truck and replaced within the last year with a new one, simply updating units by age, the truck was not sold because of any problems or issues. We purchased the truck directly from the agency along with some other items, not from a broker, dealer or auction, simply turning the truck into cash. The truck cranks right up, drives and operates correctly, engine runs great, doesn’t smoke or use excessive oil or run hot, engine runs very good, sounds good, feels good, transmission and clutch are great, brakes are good, batteries are hot, tires are good, PTO pump works, very nice truck for its age! This truck has been maintained and serviced properly, has been kept up and ready to go on a call anytime, it has also been cranked at least once a week and normally road tested/driven within every 30 days, stored inside a building since new except for the last 6-9 months. We have driven the truck, checked it mechanically, washed it and put on eBay, no repairs needed, would suggest a servicing because it did sat idle for last 6-9 months, the front fiberglass hood is faded a little and would shine up great with some wax put on it, the cab also has a few areas showing some rust – please look at photo link #2 and study, other than that truck is nice, is 100% roadworthy and still has plenty of life left in it!
