Up for bids at NO RESERVE, is my 1982 GMC car hauler. This truck has a 19 foot bed, with storage space on both sides. Has a good working winch with plenty of cable, and a plug in remote. Has a 454 engine with Turbo 400 transmission. It starts, runs,drives and shifts like it should. The air conditioning compressor has been removed. In the last 1000 miles I have put new tires on all the way around, new exhaust, and had the Quadrajet rebuilt completely with brass floats installed, and power window motors.It has a pretty nice interior, it"s got a later model bench seat, power windows, has a crack in the dash. The speedometer and gas gauge work, none of the other gauges work, and an aftermarket tach that does work. It has no radio. The light bar control box is present but is not getting power so the light bar doesn"t work. At present it needs a driver side seat belt. The paint is faded and it"s got rust here and there but nothing major. The bed is getting soft in a few spots, but nothing that keeps it from hauling. The bed has 4 crank tie downs, that function as they should. It has a reese hitch, and the ramps are in good shape and function as they should. It needs front shocks and sway bar bushings, but is completely driveable. The passenger side gas tank has been removed. It is titled as a GMC 3500, so it"s cheap to insure. It has never been used commercially, I bought it from a local drag racer who said he bought it from a circle track racer. It was my intention to use for my drag car, but that project got put on hold, so I"m selling the truck. I"ll need a $500 deposit thru paypal within 48 hours of sale, the rest due at pickup.
