Im selling my 1982 International 9670 Eagle 75th anniversary edition truck. There were 575 of these Diamond Jubilee trucks produced on 1982 for internationals 75th anniversary. All of them were painted gray and blueish green with matching gray frames. Most of them were XL"s not Eagles. I know there were a few Eagles produced, but this is the only one I have ever seen in person. I bought the truck in June 2003 and drove it home from Texas where it spent most of its life. I have not worked the truck, only played with it. It has a 400 Big Cam 2 cummins, 13 speed, spring ride, p/s, all lights work, 687,794 original miles, nice 24.5 steer tires, back tires all match and look good. The truck runs very sweet, smokes a little when engine is cold but clears very fast as engine warms, has good oil pressure and runs cool, transmission shifts nice and tight and does not jump out of any gears, front end is very tight and drives nice, stops as it should. It builds air and does not have any air leaks. It had Factory A/C and is all there expect for compressor and Brackets to hold it. The paint is very thin on the cab and needs to be repainted, but the body is about as perfect as you will find on one. The top of the cab is also still very nice and not all dented up. The only small ding I found was on the front of the cab by the grab handle. It is very small and you might see it in the pics. Interior is all original, clean, and in very nice shape to be 33 years old.The seats are showing some wear though. All the main gauges work on the truck, don"t know about the rear temp gauges though, dome light works and power passengerside window works. The fuel gauge works part of the time. The frame is about as clean as you will find on an old truck. It has 0 rust and will look like a brand new frame with some new paint on it. The only thing I know the truck needs mechanically is a seal in the p/s box. It seeps some oil and has since I have owned it. The passenger-side fuel tank also has a dent it it which you will see in the pics, but does not leak. The truck was working everyday when I bought it, but has not been worked since. It has been started regularly and driven some though. This will make a very nice Rare truck to add to someones collection, you can put it back on the road working. I have tried to cover everything I can think of. Please remember it is an old truck and is not perfect. I would consider delivery for $2.50 a loaded mile if it works for my schedule at the time. Feel free to email me with any questions.
