1983 Chevy Rollback with a Chevron 17" aluminum bed completely restored toy hauler. I bought it to restore and to use for my restoration shop. We went through the whole truck. Suspension New upper and lower control arms. New coil springs. New front hubs and bearings. New brakes. New master cyl and booster. New steering box. New tie rods and center link. New s/s brake lines and fuel lines. Drive shaft balanced with new carrier bearing and universal joints. New shocks. New leaf spring and bushing. Drive line Rebuilt 454 bored 30 over with oval port heads. New aluminum intake . New holly 650. New water pump. New fuel pump. New high torque starter. New belts and hoses. New hei distributor and wires. New alternator. New transmission cooler. Rebuilt 400 turbo transmission and new torque converter. New battery. 3 s/s exhaust with flow master mufflers.
Bed Polished headache rack with led lights. All new side matter lights. New hydraulic bed control valve. We replaced most of the hydraulic lines. Two new powder coated 48under body boxes. New spring loaded mud flaps. New custom aluminum fuel tank. The long bed cylinder was rebuilt. All new wiring on bed . All new L.E.D. lights. 6 new michelins tires Lt 235/80R 17 Load range E. 4 Polished aluminum wheels. with hub caps. Bed was cleaned with fleet bright. looks good. The bed rails were cracked at the rear of the truck when I got the truck. We had them welded, can be seen in the picture.
The bed works good. The only left to do is put a radio in it.
