Certified Limited Warranty – Terms 30 days/1,000 miles
This warranty is included with the negotiated price. There is no extra charge to activate this warranty. All of our vehicles go through a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process at our shop by our factory trained technicians. Each inspection and reconditioning is required to adhere to strict, factory-set standards to ensure that every vehicle’s engine, chassis, and body is in excellent condition.
ITEMS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BELOW LIST OF COVERED COMPONENTS ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE. This warranty is not transferrable and only valid in the United States. There is a $100 deductible per component failure. All repairs must be made at Melchert Sales, LLC to qualify under warranty. You are responsible for transportation of the vehicle to Melchert Sales, LLC. Total claims under this plan may not exceed $2,000. Warranty excludes vehicles with performance modifications including but not limited to tuners/EFI Live Tuning modifications and all other mechanical modifications other than exhaust and cold air intake modifications.
Engine – All internally lubricated parts contained within the cylinder block, head(s), rotor housings, rotor chamber. Engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Transmission Auto – All internally lubricated parts in the manual transmission.
Transmission Manual – All internally lubricated parts in the transmission case. Transmission case is only covered if damaged by an internally lubricated part.
Four Wheel Drive – Transfer case and all internal parts, and drive shafts (front & rear). The case/housing is only covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
Drive Axle – Axle/final drive housing, all internally lubricated parts. The case/housing is only covered if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.
Since most of our inventory is late model vehicles with low miles they are usually covered under the manufacturer warranty. All vehicles over 100K miles or 2000 model year and older are not covered under the Limited Warranty as well as certain exotic cars. Some vehicles over 100K miles or 2000 model year and older come with a 50% warranty. Warranty excludes vehicles with performance modifications including but not limited to tuners/EFI Live Tuning modifications and all other mechanical modifications other than exhaust and cold air intake modifications. This warranty states that the vehicle owner pays for 50% of total invoice for repairs made at Melchert Sales, LLC’s regular rates. All repairs must be made at Melchert Sales, LLC to qualify under warranty. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility for the transportation of the vehicle to Melchert Sales, LLC.

TERMS:
Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction
close and the purchase transaction completed within 3 days.
We do require $1,000.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction.
We reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle if we are not contacted
within 24 hours of auction or in the case of a non-paying bidder.
We reserve the right to end auction due to local sale.
