1985, K30, Black Chevy Rollback, 454 engine, 4 speed manual transmission, 134,603 miles, air condition, 17 foot Danco aluminum bed and frame with a 2 inch oak board center, hydraulic tow bar, hydraulic winch, GVW is 10,000 this truck is set up very nice. Clean clear title. Nice truck for being 34 years old. Super truck for the hobbyist, hot rod shows, tractor shows, atvs to camp, will haul just what ever your needs are at the time and it makes those jobs so easy.
Drive train condition:
Mechanics of this truck it has a great running 454 motor, excellent oil pressure, with 4 barrel carburetor, quiet factory dual exhaust, 4 speed manual transmission shifts excellent, very good strong clutch. No odd noises or smoke from this truck. Interior of truck is very nice has original rubber floor, still great condition, nice dash, gauges and are all in working and decent condition. Seat does have a small worn area on driver side. Air condition will need a new charge it is complete and belt never removed and always has worked fine, it still runs R12 I wanted to convert it to 134 and never got around to it. Truck has dual fuel tanks but I have never used the right side, I was told by previous owner that he had trouble occasionally when he switch it over that it did not always switch properly, so I only used left tank. All tires are very good condition, Brakes and brakes hoses and lines are in good condition.
Folks this is a super nice truck that I have used for hauling lawn equipment, vintage campers, classic cars, tractors, atvs, logs and lumber to and fro for all reasons. This is the best little truck I have ever owned. This truck has only been used around 2000 miles each year for sometime. Only reason I am selling I bought a larger truck. High Bidder you can drive your vehicle here load it on rollback and drive home.
Body and Bed:
Folks remember this is a 34 year old truck that was built to work and it did get used but not abused. The body of this truck has never seen any body filler or patches it is all original. Truck does show some paint fading, scratches, dents, minor small spots of bubbling paint starting 1 or 2 areas, no holes. Excellent rocker panels, good door bottoms, original and excellent cab mounts, bushings and floors. Frame of the truck is very solid. This truck has most all of its life been kept under roof and was used mostly by a hobbyist and as a private use truck. This truck should have a coat of wax and detailed inside and out. It would really look sharp, Its been a long while since thats been done. Life gets so busy shame on me?
The bed of this truck is a 17 foot Danco all aluminum bed frame and cross members with removable side rub rails to make a flatbed. Flooring is a 2 inch thick oak floor in center, which is good condition. Good bottom bed rails. Excellent working powerful hydraulic winch with good cable and hook. I prefer the wood bed better for all my uses especially for no slide, slipping and safety reasons. Truck does have a hydraulic tow bar for second car in which it works excellent and can easily handle them, plenty of power. All outside bed controls work fine. Sorry no straps or chains included with truck sale. I have been using this truck right up to the week of putting this truck on ebay.
