This is a 1985 Ford F350 hydraulic roll back car carrier. I am the third owner. The first owner was a new car dealer who kept it till January 1st, 1986 and sold it with 6,939 miles on it. The second owner was a small father/son repair shop in Barnstead, NH. I purchased this on July 6th, 1994 with 53,776 miles on it and have owned it for the last 24 years. This truck has never been beat on and except for the first owner, it was used for small business use and not for a towing/recovery company. I have a small independent Porsche repair shop and have only used it for my customer"s and my own cars. The mileage now is 97,915 and I have averaged less than 2,000 miles per year. It has always been stored inside during my ownership. A little less than 1200 miles ago I had a completely rebuilt engine by Jasper Engines installed with all new accessories. It has Lever Lock Brakes, fire extinguisher, Pioneer AM/F/CD stereo, light bar, bed lights, and all loading and tie down straps and safety chains. Everything works as it should except the radio which occasionally cuts out and then comes back on. There is some bubbling on the lower door edges and one rust spot as pictured in the rear of the right side door sill. The interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears in the seat or floor mat. There is a small crack in the vinyl dashboard. This is a 10,000 pound GVW rating truck so you do not need a commercial driver"s license. The bed is 17 feet long. The tires are in very good condition as pictured. I have taken this truck to western New York state and to Pennsylvania with no problems. I am located 70 miles north of Boston, 40 miles south of Portland, ME, and 15 miles from Portsmouth, NH. You are encouraged to come and inspect/drive the truck before the end of the auction. A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The deposit may be made through PayPal. The balance is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. The only acceptable means of final payment is either a bank transfer or cash upon pickup. Sorry but due to the proliferation of forged bank checks, I cannot accept the form of payment. I can store the truck for up to two weeks after the close of the auction as long as the payments are made in accordance with the above schedule. Thank you.
