1985 Freightliner FLT, Cabover, COE semi tractor with single rear axle and sleeper. Incredible condition for its age... everything works, even the A/C get. Cummins 400 Big Cam 3, engine runs perfectly. 13 spd transmission shifts smoothing and the clutch is like new. All maintenance up to date, recently lubed, just did oil and filters change and fuel, air, and coolant filters changed.. Air ride rear suspension. Set up for RV toter or gooseneck trailer -- electric brake controller with lighting set up RV style --- all equipment in place to go back to air brakes and commercial trailer lighting. Aluminum Wheels in all 4 spots.
This is a West Coast truck, spent all of its working life in state of Washington and I bought from 2nd owner (he was the shop manager for the company that bought it new). I made 3 trips across the country pulling a small gooseneck trailer and this truck performed perfectly. This truck is very close to original and while it does have wear, there is almost no damage inside nor outside other than normal wear and tear due to normal use. There are small dents from inside driver"s footwell and normal scuffs and scratches. Engine has approximately 400,000 miles since full in frame overhaul, transmission was rebuilt about 100,000 miles ago along with new clutch.
