1985 International 1754 Wrecker tow truck. This unit was purchased from a gentleman in New York. It was not complete and I have not had the time to complete it either. We did have a PTO installed. It was installed backwards and blew the PTO Seal. But all hydraulics were working. Unit is missing mounting plate to mount it to bed on one side. Truck runs great. Starts up quick and runs well. Breaks need bled out and possibly new pads. Transmission is a split gear transmission. Wheel lift capacity is 3,500lbs and boom capacity is 20,000lbs and 8,000lbs fully extended
