We Have Two Fresh water tanks, Full Hot water heater & 4 sinks (1 3 bin), Cash drawer slot and drawer for connection to square w/ I pad (I pad & square not included), 2 True 12Ft fridges, 1 True Low boy Sandwich unit w/ cutting board on top, 2 Custom Cambro Catering Containers to Hold food (each one holds 3 1/3 metal pans -included), Full 7 foot hood with 50 lb heavy duty pitco fryer, 2 2burner saute plates (and can include a used 36 flattop instead or with - that was used from previous business, but not installed & u must haul), 12 grill... There are all types of very heavy hooks on powerful magnets to hold tongs, bags, bungee cords, ladles, and shelves... We have heavy duty shelves mounted everywhere for easy access to things like dry goods or plates, silverwear, cups, napkins, togo containers, etc... The air conditioning works on truck but not when everything is fully running. We used to roll with a hot warmer plugged in to wall socked, along with a fryer filled with water to boil pasta, and a very nice dyson fan that would keep us warm in winter, and a tiny bit cooler in summer. If you are interested in a gnocchi machine I have a very nice commercial one that makes 400 or 500 lb an hour, and I have a top of the line electric 2hp vegetable ricer good for yucca, potato, plantains, root veg, or anything medium soft... The mixer usually goes for 4 to 5 thousand used, and the ricer is 2500 new (not many around).
