I"m currently running a septic cleaning business In South Bend Indiana and will not sell this to anyone within 50 miles of my location. I also have a Sign company. For training you can ride with my driver for a few days until you feel like you can do this on your own. You should spend a week here to learn what you need to know so you should ad your living expenses for that week to the amount your going to need to start your business. If your in Indiana We can fill out your paper work while your here that week.
I will also give you a copy of the training manual I developed for my drivers.

This is a starter truck. Something you can buy and pay cash for and get your business going but your going to get a bank loan and purchase a new truck in the next year or two.
The Truck is a 1986 International Truck. You don"t need a CDL to drive this truck. Its in Fair Mechanical condition. It runs and drives pretty good. It pumps tanks without problems. Its got a Hydraulic system to run the Vacuum pump and a Jetter could be added to this system without Problem. (Thats a very nice feature)
The engine is a 9.0 V8 diesel
The tires are fair.
This Truck isn"t perfect but its a nice serviceable truck that will make you money and then you can sell it in a year or so for what you paid for it.
Your not going to be able get a bank loan for this unless your going to refinance your house or something like that. Banks won"t loan to start up companies.
