I have a Military Wrecker Rotater truck with front drivers seat actuated winch and a rear HD winch along with a rotating boom, I was told these were repowered in 2004 with new engines and drivetrain components, ( I cannot be sure of this but the hour meter reads 129 hours and the odometer reads 3075 miles so it would make sence). I have just installed new Michelin Steer tires, all the fluids were flushed and oils changed, and I installed a new hardtop as it came with a vinyl removable top. I have been told these trucks are capable of navigating in 8 ft of water, ( I certainly don"t want to find out though). Runs and drives well, has air brakes and it is a very heavy duty piece of equipment, its a beast actually. When people see this coming down the road they wonder whats going on.
