1. Unless otherwise stated, most of the items we sell are purchased from estate auctions and sales and purchased for the purpose of reselling. They are AS IS and therefore should not be considered to be in new condition. We make great efforts that all items are as described. If you believe that the item you received is not as described in the advertisement or was damaged in shipping, please notify me within 3 days of delivery date so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
2. Payment is expected at close of auction or within 3 days of buy it now purchase. Upon receipt of payment through PayPal, I ship promptly (within 24 hours) and pack items professionally to ensure a safe delivery. Buyer will be notified when item has shipped and provided a tracking number. If payment is not received within 3 days, will open an unpaid case automatically.
3. International Buyers - I do ship internationally to most countries using the Global Shipping Program ONLY. See Exclusions listed under this program. ALL customs, export and shipping calculations are done by and you will be billed by for shipping, customs and/or export fees. You will be responsible for all costs associated with your shipment. The global shipping program does not allow for combined shipping.
