For sale is a 1990 Grumman Olson Routestar mobile kitchen unit. This kitchen was successfully used for almost a decade for the SLV Pizza Company. Vehicle is powered by a Chevrolet 350 ci engine with a TH400 automatic transmission. Engine is NOT operational, and will need to be rebuilt or replaced. Core engine is included, not installed, with no guarantees on condition. Comes with a tow bar, and is wired to accept a four-pin trailer plug. All gauges work. stereo works, but antenna is missing. Has cracks in the passenger-side door window, but all other glass is in good condition. Transmission was working when the engine failed. Driveshafts are damaged and will need repair, but are included.Fully equipped and certified kitchen with: Two Lincoln conveyor ovens, 3-pit sink, makeline, handwash sink, counters and shelving.
