1990 Pierce Arrow Quint Ladder Truck (75 ft - Used)
This vehicle has only ever been owned and operated by the Bazetta Township Fire Department as a fire truck. It was serviced and thoroughly inspected by a certified mechanic before coming out of service. It is in good condition and is 100% ready to go to work.
All service manuals for the truck will be included in the sale. We can provide a wide variety of maintenance and testing records on the vehicle from Day 1.
The truck has a Detroit 6V92TA 350hp diesel engine. There is an Allison HT/HTB741 5-speed automatic transmission.
It has disc brakes in the front and drums in the rear. It also has a jake brake. There is roughly 50% remaining on the brakes.
The truck has spring suspension.
The tires are 315/80R22.5 on steel rims. The tires are 12 years old and have roughly 75% tread remaining.
The GVWR is 47,500lb.
The wheelbase is 229. The truck length is 35". The truck height is 10"6.
The mileage is 29,186. Engine hours are 3071. Pump hours are 217. Aerial hours are 655.
The pump is a Waterous CSUBX-1500, which pumps at 1500gpm. It was last certified in 2015. It has a 300g steel water tank.
The non-removable generator is a 6000w Onan diesel. It operates off the diesel in the truck.
All gauges work properly.
The aluminum-bodied truck has a yellow exterior and black interior. As you can see from the photos, there is some wear and tear. There is corrosion on the exterior where two different metals come together. The driver"s seat is ripped.
The aerial ladder was last certified in 2014. In 2015, the ladder was inspected and could not be certified at that time due to minor repairs required. All paperwork regarding this issue will be made available.
Ground ladders will be included with the truck at the time of purchase. These include 40", 35", and 28" extension ladders, as well 20" and 16" roof ladders and a 10" attic ladder.
All equipment pictured is not part of the truck being sold. It was shown merely to demonstrate the storage capabilities of the truck. It will NOT being include with the vehicle at the time of sale.
