International Boom Bucket Truck (1991)

This is a 1991 International bucket truck with a good Va. inspection sticker good till January 2016. Approximately 1 month ago the motor locked up while on a tree job. Its leaking no oil and I can"t see anywhere were the block might be cracked. I"m not sure exactly what engine is in the truck nor how many miles it might have on it. It is a V8 Diesel Jasper engine and has a test tag saying dnyno tested at 170hp 3000rpm. I removed the value covers but did not see anything radical. The truck has served me well for many years.
The boom, all hydraulics worked well and the transmission shifted smoothly on this last job. It has one new BF Goodrich tire on the right front, BF ST 230 10R 22.5. The others pasted Va. inspection last January. Good battery"s. AC does not work.
The boom is made by Asplundh Manufacturing Division, is 36 Feet at the base with a 40 foot working height.
This is a complete truck being auctioned off AS-IS, Where IS. I will not part out at this time. The truck is in an accessible place. Winner must have the capability and knowledge to move it. Pick Up Only.
