1991 International 4700 turbo desiel 16 foot flatbed tow truck. 236,708 mileage. TD433 engine. Air breaks. Damage I can see is the front fender passangers side, the bar in the rear end flatbed area is bent and the drivers seat needs some love. Bought from a local auction. Needs a battery and the tire on passengers side is now flat. There is a spare tire and rim that comes with the vehicle. The air for breaks needs to be filled and air drained from lines. There is some wiring that needs to be fixed. The engine runs good with the air out of lines.
There is no warranty on this vehicle it is sold *AS IS*. You may have the vehicle inspected at anytime during this auction. Please understand this is like a smaller semi truck, not a small truck.

Yes you would be able to tow a vehicle behind the truck. There is also a big hook in a square metal plate in the center of the flat bed. I would say the hook is approx 6 inches just across.

Yes air breaks I do have a small air compresser to air up the breaks but I would plan on a shop to fill the tanks up in the local area. Les Schawb tires in less than a mile from my location and the have a semi station located there.

There is an extra tire and rim that was on the flatbed area of the truck when I brought it home from auction. So spare tire I don"t know, but the extra tire goes with this auction.
