I am a diesel mechanic of 30 plus years and have worked on and driven many trucks over the years.This is an easy truck to work on and N14"s are one of the cheapest engines to rebuild as well. If I drove for a living or if I was going to run one of my own trucks then this would be the one. It"s actually a really nice truck to drive, plenty of power, sounds great and can definitely get the job done. Drive this truck and you will see exactly what I"m talking about.

“Truck is in very great condition for the year. It has a 500 hp Cummins N14 Celect with 3 stage engine brake. 9 speed transmission with OD. Rebuilt rears, Full Peterbuilt gauges. Aluminum air tanks, battery boxes, fuel tanks and wheels. Heavy duty air ride suspension on all axles (steer included).11R.24 tires (all good). Custom built aluminum front bumper. Very good interior (no rips,tears). 63" stand up bunk with working bunk controls (AC/heat/lights). The only issue with truck is fading paint. It has a 12" gash/scratch on P/S bunk. Other then that this truck is ready to roll, It is a 90+ mph truck and a very strong puller.No EGR, DPF or anything else to go wrong on you. Drive it and you'll see this is a real truck. Good for local or long hauls.There is 920K on odometer I know the engine was done a couple of years ago but have no paperwork to back it up so I must sell as a 900K truck to be fair to everyone.” |
