Up for sale we have a 1993 GMC Topkick T/A Flatbed truck with a rear-mounted Altec AM755-E68 over-center elevator booms with two-man bucket.
The 1993 GMC Topkick runs and drives great. The Caterpillar 3116 diesel purrs, the 8-speed manual transmission shifts smoothly, clutch works like it should, and it has Low and Low/Low . Steering is steady and tight, and the ride is as smooth as one can get with this type of rig. The interior of the truck is in nice condition with no tears in the seat. Glass all good and windows and doors open and close like they are supposed to.
The Altec AM755-E68 booms go over center with no unusual whines. They work smoothly and have obviously been very well maintained. This unit has a 73" working height with a two-man bucket. The booms are powered by PTO that is air engaged, so there are no sticky cables. They have upper and lower controls plus operator station.
