Up for Auction is my 1993 Pete. I purchased hoping that I could pull my RV with a monster truck. After a visit to the local DMV and finding out that because of the weight of my RV and the Truck, I will not be in the Class A RV Exempt status. That means commercial insurance and a CDL.
That put a stop to our Project.
The truck was purchased in CA and Driven back to Florida. We put brand new drive line tires on the back before we headed home. It does need some TLC and minor fixes. The Door Window handles, some light bulbs in some of the gauges etc. We lost one of the yellow plastic roof marker caps on the way home. I am looking for them right now. The drivers side arm rest needs to be replaced. I just cleaned it up a little yesterday to put it back on ebay. The passenger fuel tank has a dent but does not affect the tank.
The Motor and the Eaton 10 Speed work Great! I was amazed at the 13 MPG we ran coming home. Please see pictures. I tried to capture all the little imperfections. It also is about 3/4 Full in both Tanks. She is ready to hit the road.
Hello Everyone. I am relisting my Peterbilt. It was not a good fit for the last auction winner.
Please Keep in mind this is a older Peterbilt that does need some attention before it goes into full service. I have tried to describe everything to the best of my ability. I just found out the air does not work. The compressor works but the fan inside the cab doesn"t blow now. I am listing it now for a straight buy for 7000.00 to cover some of the fixes that it needs like the blower in the cab.
I just need it gone and My loss and mistake is your gain!!
