Hydraulic wheel lift moves up down in and out, has hydraulic winch very powerful, has small winch on side to pull cars out of tight places, has original push bumper on the front, has 2 strobe lights on roof, good tires, chrome wheel covers, has nice red and gray interior, white exterior, engine is out of a 1995 3500 truck that has only 50,000 original miles, engine just installed new oil pan and ps pump, the truck runs and stops. The truck does have a light growl in first and second gear but the other gears sound good. Gas gauge works sometimes. I have not driven it on the highway only up and down my street.
