This van was used as a city drill van and has been in a fleet maintenance program since they purchased it new. Speaking with the water dept contact I was told the van had a drill mechanism installed on the front and it was used a few times each month when a vertical water line was required to be drilled but it served no other purpose for the city which explained the low mileage. The van is in great shape mechanically and has certainly been well maintained regularly. Body has normal signs of wear tear given it"s age but no dents or rust. At 21K miles it will make a great work van for a long time.
