This truck was used for transporting live baby chicks all over the country. It has intake vents in the front with fans that bring the air in under the floor and up through holes to regulate the temperature with vent fans in the ceiling and temperature probes with the readout and fan controls in the cab for the driver to regulate the temperature throughout! The openings can all be closed with slides or louvers that are electrically operated from the cab also. The heat can be turned on and off as needed.I have all the maintainence records from April 2001when the truck was purchased by the last owner until now! Recon head and all cylinder kits installed at 862,882 miles using all CAT parts. New kingpins installed at 835,367 miles. New rear bumper installed at 837,018. Washed & disinfected after each use and always stored inside when not in use.
