This 1996 International Hazardous Materials Command Center truck was recently retired from a local municipality where it was used only for rare emergencies. Only 19K miles and 1541 hours, it runs and drives well, and features Alcoa aluminum wheels, locking exterior cabinets, a roof top ladder, and a retractable awning.
