Nice mechanically sound truck. I bought this truck off Ebay and it wasn"t really as described. I put a ton of work into this thing and a ton of money. It is 2 wheel drive, 3.55 rear end, diesel, 235000 miles, it runs sweet (better than my other with 160 on it). Things I"ve done: Batteries Alternator Starter Belt Tensioner Full service everywhere Front brakes Front rotors Front hub bearings Rear brakes Rear drums Rear hardware kits Hanger bearing One u joint Diamond eye exhaust Radiator Fixed the killer dowel pin Exhaust manifold gaskets Transmission internal wire harness Transmission internal sending units Seat was removed, entire interior cleaned, floor patched, and rust-locked AC charged Water pump Thermostat New power steering pumpNew steering boxAnd probably some other things I have forgotten about. It comes with the air compressor and hose reel which is electric recoil. The compressor has a new carburetor, new battery cables, and an auxiliary battery. The motor runs really well and the trans shifts perfectly, no slipping or shuttering. The things wrong with it are as follows: there is some rust on the truck as it is a 1997 with 235000 miles. The rocker panels are little soft, the door bottoms are a little soft, the frame has surface rust but NO ROT! The body has some surface rust and one floor in one box needs to be replaced, I"m going to try and fix that soon. Tires are all good, steering is good, suspension, ball joints, drivetrain, etc. All lights and signals work and it has a fresh inspection on it. It could use a paint job if you want.
