$800.00 Deposit due within 24 hours of auctions end. The item is available for pickup and the buyer is responsible for contacting the seller to discuss arrangements for pickup.
Terms of Sale:
We would like a $800.00 deposit by cash or by any other way within 24 hours of listing close . We will accept cash in person, personal checks (once cleared) and cashier checks, money order, direct bank transfer. Balance must be paid within 7 business days. The vehicle title is clear and in our possession, so we can close the transaction as soon as funds are transferred.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW STATEMENT:
Notice to all potential California buyers: This vehicle is non compliant with the current California Air Resources Board (CARB) Diesel regulations. It is also currently in non-operational status (PNO) with California Department of Motor Vehicles. In order to purchase this vehicle in the State of California it must be registered by the buyer as exempt from California Air Resources Board standards by either low mileage or other allowable exemption. It will be sold as-is, no smog certificate and the title and registration must be transferred by the purchaser in the current planned non-operational status to be registered in California.
For all other buyers (non California) this vehicle can be sold as-is and registered in your state but a 3 day pass must be obtained from California Air Resources board to drive it out of California. It may be towed to the California border if you choose at your expense.
