A 1997 Ford Louisville garbage truck with a 25 yard Mcneilus. It has a CAT 3126 300 HP motor, and a manual 10 speed transmission. Odometer shows approx. 366,000 miles, but only has 300,000 on motor as I the original owner replaced the motor at about 66,000 miles. The shoe on the Right side of the hopper blade needs replaced. The truck runs good and was being used 3 times a week up until the issue with the hopper blade shoe. I bought new trucks and had no more use for this one so I never bothered to fix it. This truck has been a good truck for me. As you can see it needs some TLC. It could use a new hood, and a few other minor cosmetic repairs. Mechanically it runs good, but could probably use a little maintenance here and there. I believe all tires have at least 50% tread left or more, could be one that is a little under 50%.
