I am selling my 1997 international with 68350 original miles. I am downsizing my fleet. This is a workhorse of a truck.it has a 14 ft flatbed , a 2000lb rear cargo lift, additional hydraulic pump, tank and hoses for any accessorie equipment.It Was originally a dump bed, but cylinder was removed prior to me buying it fronm the city of New York. The hidden gooseneck hitch was installed and was put in so if the cylinder was replaced , removal of the gooseneck hitch would not be required, it could stay in . I used this truck to pull a 40ft gooseneck and hauled everything from furniture, to heavy equipment, vehicles, you name it, I pulled it. I truly hate to see her go but with over 30 vehicles and insurance premiums being what they are I have to cut costs. There is nothing wrong with this truck at all. it has a very small bit of rust on the back of the cab and it had a broke fender which has been repaired, I left the stitching in because I liked the look and named the truck Franken-Hauler. it has a 5speed Allison Automatic transmission and L6 Navistar engine.Everything works, Its decent on fuel. It has a driver air ride seat. It has alot of life in it, at its current mileage it will give alot of years of service. I change the oil every 5000 miles. It has air brakes, It is easy to drive, my wife drives it more than I do. This is probably the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. This truck has never been to the shop for repairs other than oil changes and servicing, it has never failed to start. I purchased this truck a couple years ago when I started up my business. I purchased it from the city of Ogdensburg, NY.The truck had basically been sitting most of its life and it took some persuading ut finally got the city to sell it to me. Whoever gets this truck is getting a darn good truck, I just cant let it sit while not being used, thats no good for it. Delivery is available for an additional charge depending on your location. If you prefer Uship or the like I will be happy to assist. The winning bidder does not have to be in any rush getting truck as I can store it for a while if need be.This truck has a clear title in my name, it is registered and inspected until Feb of next year. This truck is ready to work and I have priced it to sell.
