This truck definitely is designed to push out food fast for high volume traffic. The design of the truck is meant for efficiency. The flow of the truck matches an assembly line and allows the chef to serve food out extremely fast. The 6 burner hot plates allow you to cook whatever you want however you want with the right equipment. We were able to handle large size parties with just two crew members (one cook and one cashier). Along with that, the truck also includes outdoor seating. There is a table and awning attached to the opposite side of the truck to give customers the option to dine there. The truck was custom built in 2012 and has had a new transmission and engine installed along with regular checkups. The truck has passed the Santa Clara Health Inspection and is up to code.
