No Reserve- 8 Bay Freightliner route truck. Large aluminum body with roll up doors. The possibilities are endless. Please read this complete ad before bidding. This truck was in service every day up to 8 months ago. It developed an issue with the ECM and has been parked since. This Freightlinr FL60 will need to be towed to its destination. Replacement Cummins 24valve Diesel Engine was placed in this truck brand NEW approx. 140k miles ago. Engine is good and turns over strong with it’s good batteries. Just won’t start due to the ECM. New engine cost $14,000 when put in approx 4 years ago. The rear main seal has developed a leak. The seal and ECM are the only mechanical issues known on this truck. Any other small issues would be typical and commensurate with age and nature of industry use. Transmission is also newer than the truck and has been updated with rebuilt replacement. Stated miles are not believed to be accurate as speedometer is believed to be replaced as well. True miles on truck body/chassis are unknown. If buyer is just interested in the Engine/ drivetrain, the large aluminum body would likely have a high scrap value. Body would also make a nice lockable fruit stand, or general storage.
