Mechanically, truck runs good. No known issues.
Chassis of the truck has 573k miles - Cat 3126 Motor replaced NEW in 2011 at a cost of $24,000, now only has 57,000 miles on it.
Brand new Cat 3126 with a 5 year 100,000 mi warranty. We have since bought a bigger truck and that is our daily runner. This was a secondary truck since the new motor was installed, hence the low mileage.
Equipped with an 8 speed manual transmission.

Physical condition of the truck is roadworthy, but can use a little TLC. The hood has a crack on the top (see pics), there is a crack in the fiberglass around the passenger side headlight, the heat shield around the exhaust is dented, the aluminum step is dented in, rust spots on the chrome bumper, couple of scratches on the paint here and there... pretty much normal wear and tear for a truck that is 18 years old, but none the the issues affect the trucks performance.
