Hello and thanks for looking. Today your viewing my 1998 Peterbilt 379. Caterpillar C-12 First off check my seller rating I tell it like it is, no sugar coating with me. This truck is wonderful in so many ways, I had La Beau Brothers in Kankakee Illinois over haul the engine with 816612 miles on it. Drove it for about 2 months, Dropped a valve and took out the block, head, turbo, ect. Cleveland Brothers installed a New Short Block. The price for this repair was $18,952.42 all done under the caterpillar warranty., Yes I do have the paper work that will go along with the sale of this truck. Battery"s, new 12/2014, Clutch, trans input shaft, new in 2014. Radiator, air to air, turbo, spring shackles, both front hubs and wheel bearings, both rear torque rods, carrier bearing, 2 u joints, 3 new toke"s, two rear air bags, all this work was done in 2015. 10 speed trans, owner operator cloth interior, brown and tan. Ice cold air, brakes 60 % drive tires 60 % Steer tires 90 % , look at the pictures see the oil pressure at idle then at 1500 rpm;s 170% water temp. Paint on the truck is good, the air cleaners could use some sanding and paint. Glass is good, Cruse, Jake"s. Everything on this truck works as should. With the exception of the fuel gauge, Needs a new sending unit in the fuel tank. After 37 years I am retiring. Look at the pictures, give me a call, or better yet come on out and look her over. I have the right to end this sale early do to the truck be listed locally.
