[[SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY]] 1999 Chevrolet c/k 3500HD with 106K miles. The HD model of this generation of 3500 series is the equivalent to later model 4500 series. 15,000 lbs total weight allowance, with currently 4,000 plus lbs of payload capacity. Preventative maintenance done throughout the life of the truck. Have recently replaced the A/C compressor, alternator, starter, injectors, lift pump, batteries, battery cables and grounds, relocated the PMD, and put a new ECM in there.
Mechanically, a solid 9/10 and the only reason I don"t give it a ten is because it"s a 1999 with 100k miles, not because of a fault that I am failing to mention. Truck starts up immediately on a cold start with no smoke and gets to operating temperature relatively quickly. Runs quiet and idles smooth. Accelerates uphill and holds 80mph down the highway.
Lockable, watertight storage, except for one bin in the back which previously housed a boom. Bin is still lockable but would need a simple weld in order to render watertight again.
Cosmetically, this truck is a 6/10. No major dents, scratches, or body rust. There is some surface rust on the cargo bed, as well as some paint peeling on the cab. The interior is bare bones with a bench seat, manual locks and windows. There is a backup alarm and flashing yellow light that work.
