1999 International 4700 Two Car Carrier.True Mileage Unknown Cluster Nor Functioning , manual transmission , truck has a 21 foot deck with removeable rails , CD player with aux cord , led work lights.
Truck needs : has injector issue which causes it to smoke, air condition not coming out cold, wheel lift has some play, the bed need attention with the rails underneath needing work and when moving the bed it makes noise, hydraulic controls only work on drivers side and have some play, truck has a small oil leak and leaks hydraulic fluid from the control box, the Mileage and fuel gauge on the instrument cluster don"t work, the passenger side window doesn"t operate properly, and the cord for the block heater is cut, however , despite these issues the truck still tows every day.
I"ve replaced in the last 6 mos , the rear end with a factory one with a two year warranty , front brakes, front brake hoses, brake lines , rear brakes , I"ve had the bed locks refabricated, and new hydraulic lines put in.
Truck is from Rhode Island and we do not title vehicles older than 2001 so it will come with the registration and a title of law letter from the state of ri DMV which state who the owner is , that there are no liens , and that it is a substion for a tire. You can verify this information on the state of ri DMV website.
