This custom Kenworth is an amazing truck! It has been lightly used its entire life, mostly to haul the owners" personal boats to the lake. It is beautiful inside and out, with no rust! It is a 1999 with an N-14 Cummins engine set at 435 horsepower. It is Pre-emission! No E-log! It has very low miles (ECM & Kenworth confirm)! It features a 10-speed Eaton Auto shift and a 3.70 rear end. This truck has a clutch, so it can be converted to a manual 10-speed if desired. This truck is a real pleasure to drive.
It features a heavy-duty custom flatbed with gooseneck hitch. It also has a very heavy, adjustable-height receiver hitch. It would be easy to mount a camper-style 5th-wheel hitch to the bed as well. This truck also has air-locking drive axles and air-deployed automatic tire chains like fire trucks use! They are awesome! All axles have Centramatic wheel balancers.
Since I"ve been driving it, we"ve replaced all 8 air bags, all tires with new virgin tires, the windshield, and the air compressor, dryer and relief valve. We put a brand new starter on it and new batteries in the past few months. It has new kingpins and a blower motor. The muffler is new. the A/C and heat work in both the cab and sleeper. We don"t know of any other issues.
I"ve personally driven the truck about 60,000 miles. I average 8.3 mpg pulling a 40" gooseneck. When I"m loaded, I haul stuff that catches a lot of wind and is heavy, so you may well do better.
It has a double bunk with a very thick premium memory foam mattress on the bottom. It has a nice stereo and speakers. The seats are beautiful leather.
This truck is ready to go! You won"t find a nicer truck old enough to be pre-emissions. You can get this for a fraction of the cost of even most nice medium-duty western haulers.
If you want to put a commercial fifth-wheel plate on this, I"ve got one that I"ll sell cheap.

The only reason I"m selling the truck is because I need to buy a specialized truck and, frankly, this truck is too nice for what I need.
