Taxes and Fees
All sales are subject to a flat $95.00 Documentary Fee and a $25.00 Transit Improvement tax. Minnesota residents pay 6.5% sales tax, as well as registration / inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Hennepin County, Minnesota and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Hennepin County, Minnesota.It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Hennepin County, Minnesota.
